Terms and Conditions
Terms for using FORVILL services
These Terms and Conditions describe the general rules for using this website and working with FORVILL ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED for websites, mobile apps, APIs, admin panels, AI workflows, automation, media processing, hosting support, maintenance, and related technology services.
1. Scope of Services
FORVILL provides technology services including but not limited to website development, Android app development, Flutter app development, backend and API development, admin dashboards, payment integrations, AI-assisted builds, server setup, automation, FFmpeg/media processing, project tracking, and maintenance support.
The exact scope, features, deliverables, pricing, timelines, support terms, and payment plan for each project will be confirmed through a written proposal, invoice, estimate, project document, email confirmation, or other agreed communication.
2. Estimates, Pricing, and Timelines
Prices shown on the website are starting ranges or indicative packages. Final pricing depends on project complexity, number of screens, backend requirements, APIs, third-party integrations, payment flows, admin controls, hosting needs, content volume, design complexity, revisions, and long-term support requirements.
Timelines are estimates unless explicitly confirmed as fixed. Delays may happen due to late client feedback, changes in scope, missing content, third-party approval delays, payment delays, hosting issues, app store review delays, or external service outages.
3. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate project requirements, content, images, brand assets, credentials, access, and reference material on time.
- Review deliverables, designs, milestones, and test builds within the agreed review window.
- Ensure that supplied content, trademarks, images, data, or media do not violate third-party rights.
- Make payments according to the agreed advance, milestone, EMI, subscription, or maintenance schedule.
- Inform FORVILL promptly about bugs, changes, blockers, legal requirements, or business-critical deadlines.
4. Scope Changes and Revisions
Minor revisions may be included if they are part of the agreed scope. New features, major redesigns, extra screens, additional APIs, complex automation, payment gateway changes, migration work, performance-heavy tasks, or changes requested after approval may be treated as additional work and may require revised pricing or timeline.
5. Payments and Milestones
Projects may use one-time payments, advance payments, milestone billing, recurring subscriptions, maintenance retainers, or EMI-style structured payments where approved. Work may be paused if payment is overdue, incomplete, disputed, or delayed beyond the agreed schedule.
Third-party costs such as hosting, domains, SSL, cloud services, SMS, WhatsApp APIs, payment gateway charges, app store fees, plugins, external APIs, stock assets, or software licenses are usually billed separately unless included in the written scope.
6. Delivery, Deployment, and Acceptance
Delivery may include source code, hosted website, APK/AAB, admin panel, API endpoints, database setup, deployment support, documentation, or project tracking updates depending on the agreed scope. A project or milestone may be considered accepted when the client approves it, uses it live, or does not report major issues within a reasonable review period.
7. Ownership and Intellectual Property
Unless agreed otherwise, client-specific deliverables created and paid for under a project belong to the client after full payment is received. FORVILL may retain ownership of pre-existing tools, reusable code, internal frameworks, general know-how, templates, workflows, and non-client-specific components used to speed up delivery.
FORVILL may mention completed work in its portfolio unless a confidentiality agreement or written restriction prevents it.
8. Maintenance and Support
Maintenance is not automatically included forever after launch. Support, bug fixing, updates, monitoring, feature upgrades, and priority response are handled under agreed maintenance plans or separate support billing. Emergency fixes may require separate approval and availability.
9. Third-Party Platforms
FORVILL may integrate with services such as Google, Razorpay, hosting providers, app stores, email services, WhatsApp APIs, AI APIs, analytics, maps, SMS gateways, and cloud tools. FORVILL is not responsible for third-party downtime, pricing changes, policy changes, account suspensions, review delays, or rejected approvals outside its direct control.
10. Limitation of Liability
FORVILL aims to deliver reliable and production-ready solutions, but technology projects may involve bugs, server issues, integration failures, app store review delays, third-party limitations, or changing business requirements. To the maximum extent allowed, FORVILL is not liable for indirect losses, lost revenue, business interruption, third-party penalties, or damages caused by misuse, unauthorized changes, or external service failures.
